• Entertainment for the Whole Family: Relaxation areas, themed spaces for children, kids’ entertainment, live shows, and much more.

All-Inclusive Service Hours
From 7:30 am to 11:30 pm, according to the schedules established for each food and beverage outlet.
Benefits begin at 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and end at 12:00 pm on the day of departure.

Due to new regulations, some services or times may be modified by hotel management without prior notice.

How the beverage service works outside the main restaurants:

Upon arrival at the resort, each guest will receive a token card redeemable for one drink. Guests may exchange their empty glass or cup for a new drink, or swap it for a drink token to be used again at any of the resort's bars.

In case of loss of the token or cup, guests must pay €2 to obtain a replacement and continue enjoying the drinks service.

This policy reflects Guitart Hotels’ commitment to reducing the use of single-use plastics and promoting responsible consumption.

All guests at our all-inclusive hotel in Lloret must comply with the following rules:

• It is not permitted to take drinks outside of the buffet restaurants.
• In accordance with current legislation, alcoholic beverages will not be served to guests under 18 years of age.
• The hotel reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic drinks to any guest whose behaviour may disturb the wellbeing of others.
• All-Inclusive benefits are personal and non-transferable. Sharing drinks or services with non-AI guests is not permitted.
• In cases of misuse or non-compliance with these rules, the hotel reserves the right to withdraw access to the service.
• Some services, such as themed dinners or special activities, may require prior reservation, are subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.
