Your apartment
Safe box
In all our apartments there is a safe deposit box for free use. You can use it by requesting the key at the reception desk.
We kindly ask you to put all your valuables in it. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables that have not been placed in the safe.
Apartment cleaning
During the summer season, we offer an additional cleaning service for your comfort and well-being. This service can be hired for an extra cost, allowing you to enjoy your stay worry-free in an always clean and tidy environment. If you wish to add this service, please do not hesitate to request it at the reception.
Damages
If during your stay there is a breakdown in the apartment, we ask you to report it to reception. The maintenance team will solve it as soon as possible.
Heating
Our apartments are equipped with heating.
Please use it responsibly (close windows and turn it off when leaving).
Television
All our apartments have a television with national and international satellite channels.
Please keep the volume down so as not to disturb other guests.
Telephone
In the apartment you will find a telephone to contact reception on extension 61000/61001.
For internal calls, you must dial 6 followed by the apartment number you wish to contact.
Courtesy service
Cots, pillows, blankets, sewing kit, etc. are available for the use of our guests. You can request all these services at reception.

Our guests can enjoy the buffet Restaurant La Molina, which offers Mediterranean and local cuisine (ext. 5010).
Please come dressed appropriately to the dining room.
It is not allowed to take food or drinks out of the restaurant, nor to bring food in from outside.

These times may vary depending on the season and the hotel's operations.
Please make responsible use of the food.
Bar
Our bar El Refugi is open from 11:00h to 23:00h every day.
The establishment has a wide range of drinks, cocktails and snacks with uninterrupted kitchen.

Free Wifi is available in all areas of the hotel, including the apartments.
Parking
The hotel has a car park available to guests, please check availability and rates at reception.
The hotel is not responsible for stolen objects, or damage caused to the car by third parties.
Lifts
For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age may not use the lifts without adult supervision.

Rules of conduct
Our Aparthotel reserves the right to refuse admission in the event of inappropriate behaviour on the part of any guest.
Guests are requested to refrain from walking around the hotel barefoot.
Please respect the rest of other guests, especially between 22:00 and 07:00 hours.
Guests who break, damage, smoke, or mistreat the rooms or common areas of the hotel will be charged an extra fee. If the room has to be blocked for repairs, they must also pay for an additional night.
Lost Items
If you have left any belongings in your room or elsewhere within the hotel premises, we urge you to contact our reception without delay. For the recovery of lost items, please email us at rglm@guitarthotels.com or call us on telephone number +34 972 89 27 70. We will do our utmost to assist you in retrieving your possessions.
