In all our rooms there is a safe deposit box for free use. You can use it by requesting the key at the reception desk.

We kindly ask you to put all your valuables in it. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables that have not been placed in the safe.

The cleaning of the room is done daily between 09.00h and 15.00h.
If you would like us to change your towels, please leave them in the bathtub.

For any other special request, please contact reception.

Our hotel has coin-operated washing and drying machines for the use of all our guests.

If during your stay a fault occurs in your room, please inform reception. The maintenance team will solve it as soon as possible.

Our rooms have air conditioning and heating.
Please make responsible use of the AC (close windows and turn it off when leaving the room).

We have three buffet restaurants on the premises of our resort. You can consult all the details about our restaurant offer in this link.

• Restaurant Mediterrani: you will find a varied buffet of Mediterranean gastronomy.
• Restaurant Little Italy: you will find a varied buffet with Italian specialties.
• Restaurant Lloret: you will find a buffet with themed children's dinners for the whole family.
• Restaurant Petit Grill (ext 1027): Open during the season from May to October and depending on the weather. A la carte restaurant with specialties of grilled meats and salads.

Please present yourself at the restaurant with your customer card. Please be appropriately dressed in the dining room and avoid entering with bathing clothes.

We remind you that it is not allowed to take food and drinks out of the restaurant, nor to bring them in from outside. Please also make responsible use of the food and help yourself as often as you wish in moderation.

- The All-Inclusive (AI) service is exclusive to the contracting guest; sharing consumptions with others is not allowed.
- Misuse or failure to comply with the rules may result in the cancellation of the service.

It is strictly forbidden to "BALCONN" in our facilities and put your life or that of third parties at risk.
If this behaviour is detected, the client will be expelled immediately.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission in the event of inappropriate behaviour.
Guests are requested to refrain from walking around the hotel barefoot.
Please respect the rest of other guests staying at the hotel, especially between 23:00 and 07:00 hours.
Guests who break, damage, smoke, or mistreat the rooms or common areas of the hotel will be charged an extra fee. If the room has to be blocked for repairs, they must also pay for an additional night.
