Your room

Safe box

A safety deposit box is available in all our rooms for free use. To use the safe in your room, please follow the instructions below:

  • Press the button on the inside of the safe until you hear two beeps.
  • On the outside of the door, enter a four-digit code and press the 'A' button. The code will now be recorded.
  • To open and close the box, you must enter the same four-digit code and press button 'B'.

Remember that it is important to keep your access code secret and not to share it with anyone else. If you have any queries or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our reception team.

We kindly ask you to deposit all your valuables there. The hotel cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of valuables that have not been deposited in the safe.

Amenities

To ensure you enjoy a comfortable stay, our rooms are equipped with a selection of amenities. Should you need a refill of any of the following items, please contact the reception:

  • Coffee capsules: 3€ per capsule
  • Tea bags: 3€ per bag

We are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Wake up service

You can ask reception if you would like to be woken up at a certain time.

Room cleaning

Room cleaning occurs daily between 09:00 and 15:00.

In a bid to respect the environment, our towel exchange policy has been meticulously devised. Towels left hanging will be considered in use and will not be replaced. For guests desiring fresh towels, please leave used towels on the floor of your room or in the bathtub. This practice aids in reducing water and energy consumption while maintaining the highest standards of comfort and hygiene for you.

Additional Cleaning Charges:

  • Extra cleaning in room due to misuse (vomiting, excrement, etc.): 200€
  • Additional room cleaning upon guest request: 50€

For any special requests, please contact the reception.

Environment

Towels are only changed when the guest places them in the bathtub.
Due to the lack of water in the surroundings, we ask for a responsible use of water.

Laundry

Our hotel offers the following services:

  • Laundry
  • Ironing
  • Dry cleaning (at an additional cost)
    We also offer an express service for guests who require it.

Inside the wardrobe there are bags and a document with the prices of our laundry services. We ask you to fill in this document and put it inside the bag together with the clothes, and then inform reception.

Air conditioning / Heating

Our rooms have air conditioning and heating.
Please make responsible use of the AC (close windows and turn it off when leaving the room).

For environmental reasons, we recommend that you keep the air conditioning between 23° and 25° in summer and between 18° and 21° in winter.

Television

All our rooms have a television with national and international satellite channels.

Please keep the volume down so as not to disturb other guests.

Telephone

There is a telephone in the room to contact reception, other rooms and for external calls.
Internal Calls 
To call another room, dial 8 + the number of the room you wish to call 
Reception: To contact reception, dial M1.
External Calls
Dial the country code + the area code + the telephone number.
Urban and interurban calls: Dial the area code, if necessary, the subscriber's number. 
International calls: Dial directly the international prefix 00, dial the country code, the city code and finally the number.

Travelling with children

For travelers with very young children, we have cots (subject to availability and at no extra cost), highchairs in the dining room and a changing table available.
We also offer a babysitting service for children (at an additional cost and subject to availability). Please contact reception to enquire about this service.

Restaurants

Breakfast

Our hotel offers a full buffet breakfast from Monday to Saturday: from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and on Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
If you wish to request breakfast in your room, please contact reception by dialling M1 from your room phone.

Home Delivery

Our hotel implements a security policy that restricts food delivery personnel from entering the hotel. To ensure safety and privacy, deliveries are made solely at the hotel entrance. If you have ordered a takeaway, please proceed to the hotel entrance to collect it. This policy is in effect at all times, with no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests.

Services and facilities

Check-in / check-out

  • Check-in: Commences from 15:00. Should you wish for an early check-in (from 11:00 on the same day), a supplementary charge of 30€ applies, subject to availability.
  • Check-out: Guests are kindly requested to vacate the rooms between 10:00 and 12:00.

Should you desire a late check-out:

  • Up to 15:00, the cost is 60€.
  • Beyond 15:00, an additional night’s rate will apply.

Tourist Tax: 6,27€ (VAT included) per night, per adult over 16 years, applicable for up to a maximum of 7 nights.

To verify availability for early check-in or late check-out, or for any additional queries, please contact reception.

Upgrades

To upgrade your room, please contact reception to confirm availability as follows:

  • From Comfort to Executive: 30€ per night
  • From Executive to Junior Suite: 20€ per night
  • From Junior Suite to Suite: 30€ per night
  • From Comfort to Suite: 55€ per night
  • Corner Room (view): 60€ per night
  • Additional person in the room: 20€ per person

Each upgrade is based on an occupancy of 1 or 2 persons per room.

Reception

Reception is available 24 hours a day.

If you need any courier service, you can ask for it at reception.

Luggage

The Guitart Grand Passage has a luggage room office available for all guests to store their luggage on arrival or departure. Please ask for this service at reception.

Wifi

Free Wifi is available in all areas of the hotel. To connect to the network, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Guitart Grand Passage network.
  2. Accept the terms and conditions.
  3. Fill in the form that appears on the screen.

Parking

The hotel has a car park available to guests, please check availability and rates at reception.
The hotel is not responsible for stolen objects, or damage caused to the car by third parties.

The hotel does not allow pets.

Wellbeing

Enjoy our exclusive wellbeing services directly in your room (except Comfort room type). We offer a variety of treatments designed for your relaxation and physical well-being:

  • Relaxing Massage: 60' - 100€
  • Sports Massage: 60' - 110€
  • Foot Massage: 60' - 85€
  • Yoga (1 or 2 persons maximum): 60' - 130€
  • Individual Physiotherapy: 60' - 150€

Service:

  • Service Hours: from 09:00 to 21:00.
  • It is recommended to book at least 2 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the service. 



Should treatments exceed the stipulated time, a proportional part of the additional cost will be charged.

 

Lost property

If you have left any item in your room or any area of the hotel, we encourage you to contact our reception as soon as possible to report a personal item lost. You can email us at rggp@guitarthotels.com or call us on +34 932 010 306 for assistance.

Retention Policy:

  • Lost items are kept for a period of 6 months.
  • Perishable items are not retained.

We will do our utmost to help you recover your belongings efficiently.

Events room

The Guitart Grand Passage has a modern meeting and events room with the capacity to hold events for up to 50 people.

Emergencies

In case of emergency:

  • You will find a detailed emergency exit plan on the door of your room. Please consult it for your safety.

In case of fire, if the door is hot:

  • DO NOT open it.
  • Turn off the air conditioning.
  • Place wet towels over door slots and air vents.
  • Protect your nose and mouth with wet towels.

If the door is not hot:

  • Open the door carefully.
  • Go to the nearest emergency exit.
  • If there is smoke, stay close to the floor.
  • DO NOT use the lift.

Code of Conduct

  • Right of admission: The hotel reserves the right to deny admission in the case of inappropriate behaviour.
  • Quiet Hours: Please respect the rest of other guests, especially between 22:00 and 07:00.
  • No Smoking: Smoking in the rooms and common areas is prohibited. Violations will incur a fine of €150.
  • Nocturnal noise disturbance: Creating noise disturbances during quiet hours may result in a penalty of €150.
  • Damage to furnishings: Guests who damage or destroy furnishings will face charges as deemed appropriate based on the extent of the damage. Should the room require blocking for repairs, the cost of an extra night will be charged.
