Your room
Safe box
In all our rooms there is a safe for free use with a deposit of 10€. You can use it by requesting the key to the reception. In case of loss of the key you will have to pay 20€.
We kindly ask you to deposit all your valuables in the safe. The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables that have not been deposited in the safe.
Apartment cleaning
The cleaning of the room is done daily between 09:00h and 17:00h.
If you would like us to change your towels, please leave them in the bathtub.
For any other special request, please contact reception.
Damages
If during your stay there is a breakdown in the room, please inform reception. The maintenance team will solve it as soon as possible.
Air conditioning / Heating
Our rooms have air conditioning.
Please make responsible use of the AC (close windows and turn it off when leaving the room).
Television
All our rooms are equipped with a television with national channels.
Please keep the volume of the TV set at a suitable level so as not to disturb other guests.
Telephone
In the room you will find a telephone to contact reception, other rooms and for external calls.
Courtesy service
Pillows and blankets are available. You can request all these services from reception.
Restoration
Restaurant Rosé
Our hotel offers a buffet breakfast service from 08.00 am to 10.00 am.
Please present yourself at the restaurant with your customer card. Please be appropriately dressed in the dining room and avoid entering the restaurant in swimwear.
We remind you that it is not allowed to take food out of the restaurant, nor to bring it in from outside. Please also make responsible use of the food and serve yourself in moderation as often as you wish.

The Palm Bar
Next to the main pool you will find The Palm Bar open from 11:00h to 24:00h every day.
The establishment has a menu of drinks, cocktails, and snacks at your disposal.

If you wish, there is the possibility of a room upgrade. Please ask for availability and prices.

Reception is available 24 hours a day.

Luggage
The Hotel Guitart Rosa has a luggage room office available for all guests to store their luggage on arrival or departure. You can ask for the key at reception.

Free Wifi is available in all areas of the hotel.
Parking
The hotel has a car park available for guests, please consult availability and rates at reception.
The hotel is not responsible for stolen objects or damage caused to the car by third parties.
Pets
The Hotel Guitart Rosa welcomes pets.
Swimming pool
The Hotel Guitart Rosa has a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests.
Swimming pool opening hours: from 10.00h to 20.00h
Rules of conduct
It is strictly forbidden to "BALCONN" in our facilities and put your life or that of third parties at risk.
If this behaviour is detected, the client will be expelled immediately.
It is not allowed to hang towels or clothes on the balconies of the rooms.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission in case of inappropriate behaviour.
Guests are requested to refrain from walking around the hotel barefoot and to wear a T-shirt to reception.
Please respect the rest of other guests, especially between 24:00h and 07:00h.
Guests who break, damage, smoke, or mistreat the rooms or common areas of the hotel will be charged an extra fee. If the room has to be blocked for repairs, they must also pay for an additional night.
Lost Items
If you have left any belongings in your room or elsewhere within the hotel premises, we urge you to contact our reception without delay. For the recovery of lost items, please email us at rgro@guitarthotels.com or call us on telephone number +34 972 365 100. We will do our utmost to assist you in retrieving your possessions.
